At J & A Training Services, we understand that things come up — and we’re happy to work with you when possible.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled class time.
We allow one (1) reschedule per registration at no additional charge.
No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) will result in forfeiture of payment.
